Welcome to Acadix School ERP, a product developed and owned by Sivon Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Software, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

“Software” refers to Acadix School ERP, including the web portal, mobile applications, updates, and features.
“User” refers to School Administrators, Teachers, Parents, and Students authorized by the subscribing institution.
“Service” includes the ERP platform, cloud hosting, and technical support provided by the Software.


2. User Responsibilities

Account Integrity: Schools must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff and student credentials.
Usage Restrictions: Users agree not to: reverse-engineer the software, use the Software for unlawful purposes, or attempt to interfere with the Software’s operation or security.


3. Licensing and Ownership

License Grant: We grant the subscribing institution a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for internal educational management.
Intellectual Property: All rights, title, branding, and source code of Acadix are the exclusive property of Sivon Technologies.


4. Data Privacy and Security

Data Privacy: Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Data Protection: We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect institutional data, though no system can guarantee 100% absolute security.
Institutional Control: The school remains the primary owner of the data they input; we act as a service provider under their direction.


5. Fees and Payment

Subscription Fees: Access requires fees (Integration and Subscription) as outlined in your specific agreement.
Payment Terms: We accept UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, and Net Banking. All fees are subject to applicable GST.
Non-Payment: We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are delayed beyond the grace period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.


6. Service Availability and Maintenance

Availability: We strive for 24/7 uptime, but occasional interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance or emergency updates.

7. Term and Termination

Term: These Terms remain in effect as long as the institution holds an active subscription.
Termination: We may suspend access if these Terms are breached or if the subscription expires without renewal.


8. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Software is provided “as is.” Sivon Technologies is not liable for any data loss caused by user negligence or unauthorized access due to weak password management.
Indemnification: You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or technical changes. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
